1. What makes Rich & Unapologetic body oils unique?
Our oils are formulated with luxe, skin-loving ingredients like Green Caviar, Baobab Seed Oil, and Madagascar Vanilla. They’re lightweight, non-greasy, and designed to nourish, hydrate, and leave you smelling divine.

 

2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our formulas are vegan, free from harsh chemicals, and tested for all skin types. As with any product, we recommend doing a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

 

3. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
100%. We don’t test on animals, and we don’t use animal-derived ingredients in any of our products.

 

4. How do I use the body oil?
Apply to clean, damp skin right after showering to lock in moisture. You can also use it on dry skin anytime for a boost of hydration and glow.

 

5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. only, but stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!

 

6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping.

 

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@richandunapologetic.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

8. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
